Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on www.angiebarkerlaw.com (the "Website") or using any account-related services provided by Angie Barker Law, PLLC ("we," "our," "us," or "the Firm"), you ("you," "your," or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or use our account services.

Our user account system provides registered users with access to:

• Secure client portal for case documents and communications
• Educational resources and legal information
• Account management tools and preferences
• Appointment scheduling and consultation requests
• Billing and payment information

No Attorney-Client Relationship

• Any required retainer or fees have been paid

• You may not redistribute, republish, or create derivative works from our content
• All trademarks, logos, and branding remain our property

Fees and Billing

• Premium features or services may require payment
• Legal services are billed separately according to our fee agreement

Payment Terms

• Fees are due as specified in your service agreement
• We accept payment methods as indicated on the Website
• You are responsible for all taxes related to your use of paid services

Refund Policy

• Refunds for legal services are governed by your representation agreement
• Due to the instantly accessible nature of our downloadable/online courses and resources, refunds for online courses and resources are not given. 
• Processing fees, if applicable, are not be refundable

Coupons

• Coupons are one-time use only and cannot be shared. 
• Coupons may be for limited-time use.
• Coupons may have an expiration date.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR ACCOUNT SERVICES IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE
• YOU USE THE ACCOUNT SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK

Technology and System Requirements

System Compatibility

• You are responsible for ensuring your devices and software are compatible
• We recommend using current versions of supported browsers
• Mobile access may have limited functionality

Data Backup

• We implement reasonable backup procedures but recommend you maintain your own copies of important documents
• We are not responsible for data loss due to technical failures or user error

Intellectual Property

Our Intellectual Property

• The Website, account system, and all related technology are our property
• You may not reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works
• All content we create remains our intellectual property

Your Intellectual Property

• You retain rights to content you create and share through your account

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of account services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

Professional Conduct and Bar Rules

Our provision of account services is subject to the Oklahoma Rules of Professional Conduct and other applicable bar regulations. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and professional conduct requirements, the professional conduct rules will take precedence.

Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by:

• Posting updated Terms on the Website
• Sending notice to your registered email address
• Providing notice through your account dashboard

Continued use of your account after notification constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed representation agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Firm regarding your use of account services.

• You agree to be bound by these Terms
• You understand the limitations on attorney-client relationships
• You consent to electronic communications and agreements
