Angie Barker is a proud citizen of the Chickasaw Nation, and is passionate about helping people. She leverages her comprehensive compliance and regulatory experience to meaningfully impact the affordable housing industry. She is an innovative, focused, and compassionate compliance consultant and licensed attorney with over twenty years of experience working with state and federal housing regulations, HUD/USDA subsidies, Fair Housing and ADA laws, LIHTC compliance, and ABA construction guidelines. 

As a volunteer, Angie enjoys serving as a board member for the Oklahoma Disability Law Center. She draws on her decades of experience, expertise, and skillset to create a positive social impact. 

As an adjunct professor, Angie teaches Real Estate & Property Law in the Paralegal Program at Rose State College.  

As an affordable housing consultant, she creates USDA, HUD, and Equity/Debt/Fannie Mae PCNAs and CNAs. She ensures HUD housing compliance for Housing Authorities, executes LIHTC asset management and compliance audits, offers legal advice on the

Americans with Disabilities Act and Fair Housing Law, authors § 504 Transition Plans, consults on § 1983 lawsuits, and implements supportive housing settlement agreements. She inspects commercial and multifamily residential properties for regulatory compliance with the ADA, The Fair Housing Act, HUD grants, and ABA construction guidelines.
